1. A pedestrian, including a person actually engaged in work upon a highway, or in work upon utility facilities along a highway, or engaged in the provision of emergency services within the right-of-way;
2. A person operating a bicycle, an electric bicycle, a motorcycle, a scooter, or a moped lawfully on the roadway;
3. A person riding an animal; or
4. A person lawfully operating on a public right-of-way, crosswalk, or shoulder of the roadway:
a. A farm tractor or similar vehicle designed primarily for farm use;
b. A skateboard, roller skates, or in-line skates;
c. A horse-drawn carriage;
d. An electric personal assistive mobility device; or
e. A wheelchair.
(2)(a) The driver of a vehicle involved in a crash occurring on public or private property which results in injury to a person other than serious bodily injury shall immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the crash, or as close thereto as possible, and shall remain at the scene of the crash until he or she has fulfilled the requirements of s. 316.062. A person who willfully violates this paragraph commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
(b) The driver of a vehicle involved in a crash occurring on public or private property which results in serious bodily injury to a person shall immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the crash, or as close thereto as possible, and shall remain at the scene of the crash until he or she has fulfilled the requirements of s. 316.062. A person who willfully violates this paragraph commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
(c) The driver of a vehicle involved in a crash occurring on public or private property which results in the death of a person shall immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the crash, or as close thereto as possible, and shall remain at the scene of the crash until he or she has fulfilled the requirements of s. 316.062. A person who is arrested for a violation of this paragraph and who has previously been convicted of a violation of this section, s. 316.061, s. 316.191, or s. 316.193, or a felony violation of s. 322.34, shall be held in custody until brought before the court for admittance to bail in accordance with chapter 903. A person who willfully violates this paragraph commits a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, and shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 4 years. A person who willfully commits such a violation while driving under the influence as set forth in s. 316.193(1) shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of 4 years.
(d) Notwithstanding s. 775.089(1)(a), if the driver of a vehicle violates paragraph (a), paragraph (b), or paragraph (c), the court shall order the driver to make restitution to the victim for any damage or loss unless the court finds clear and compelling reasons not to order the restitution. Restitution may be monetary or nonmonetary restitution. The court shall make the payment of restitution a condition of probation in accordance with s. 948.03. An order requiring the defendant to make restitution to a victim does not remove or diminish the requirement that the court order payment to the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund under chapter 960. Payment of an award by the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund creates an order of restitution to the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund unless specifically waived in accordance with s. 775.089(1)(b).
(e) A driver who violates paragraph (a), paragraph (b), or paragraph (c) shall have his or her driver license revoked for at least 3 years as provided in s. 322.28(4).

Recorded on 3/31/23. I finally got to see these amazing Thyssenkrupp DSC Elevators after watching all of the videos for all these years! I know I said Agile, but many of you guys mentioned how these elevators were modernized in 2014. The agile model came out in 2018. So these are not Thyssenkrupp Agile elevators. To those who may be unfamiliar with this system, DSC is a similar system to the Schindler Miconic 10 system but more efficient. You enter your destination outside the elevator and the keypad sends you to an appropriate elevator. You get some very nice views of Downtown Boston in this video too. Enjoy!

Multiple women allegedly interrupted a recent flight with screaming, singing, and even crawling over seats causing claims of demonic possession.
A three-hour flight from Houston, Texas, to Denver, Colorado, was delayed by three hours — including a stop in Dallas, Texas — after multiple women interrupted a flight, stemming from one woman’s apprehension.
Video of the incident titled “My little sister’s first experience flying by her self on Frontier” purportedly took place on a Frontier Airlines flight. It began with a woman, already being subdued by security, screaming desperately for the guards to let go of her arm.
After about a minute of the woman crying while she was taken to the front of the plane, the video cut to a man arguing with security from his seat. At the same time, the previously apprehended woman began an attempted escape to toward the back of the plane, crawling and falling over three sets of seats and passengers.
Soon thereafter, a second woman appeared toward the back of the plane and began yelling in apparent objection to the first woman who caused the alleged delay.

Kerry Calvin Gasag was sentenced to 10 years after pleading guilty to sexually violating a 34-year-old woman at a tourist hotspot in Florida, the Miami Herald reports.
The victim had initially thought Gasag, an Uber driver, was rescuing her from a separate sexual attack in the early hours of September 10, 2021.
Once she was in his car, Gasag proceeded to ask the woman for sex, eventually prompting her to jump out of the vehicle in a “panic”.
Gasag followed the victim, before raping her at the famous Southernmost Point buoy in Key West.

Once the woman was in his car, Gasag asked the woman for sex, eventually prompting her to jump out of the vehicle. WPLG
“I’m actually calling from Boston,” he said, according to a report by WCVB.
“But, bear with me, this is going to sound crazy. But, I’m at work and I have the, you know, the Southernmost Point cam?
“I could almost swear that I saw somebody get raped.”

The unidentified woman can be seen resisting the Uber driver in the video before he shoves her behind the iconic landmark and sexually assaults her.
Minutes later, the woman stumbles away from the buoy and runs. Gasag emerges immediately after and can be seen zipping up his pants.
Police later found the victim after several witnesses also reported seeing a “nude female, crying and screaming”.
Gasag returned to the scene of the crime later that night “and scooped up her clothes” in a bid to hide evidence.

Assistant Monroe County State Attorney Joseph Mansfield said Gasag faced up to 25 years in prison if he had gone to trial, but instead received a 10 year sentence with five years probation for pleading guilty, according to the Miami Herald.

The statues are believed to stand guard over the royal tomb of King Antiochus I of Commagene, whose burial dates back to the first century BC.
But was a king really buried in this place?
King Antiochus I, who ruled the Kingdom of Commagene from 70 BC to 36 BC, hailed from a lineage blending Greek and Persian roots. He claimed descent from Alexander the Great through his mother and Persian King Darius the Great through his father.
Antiochus had a firm belief in the gods and a strong connection to religious customs. In 62 BC, he commissioned the construction of a sanctuary adorned with towering statues, their heads alone measuring nearly 7 feet in height. The statues were envisioned as guardians for his tomb, and the grandeur of this site was designed to immortalize and deify him.
A monumental mound at the summit is believed to cover the tomb of King Antiochus. It consists of broken rock and spans a diameter of 475 feet, featuring two terraces.
Each terrace showcases a row of diverse statues, embodying Antiochus's reverence for Greek and Persian-Anatolian religions. These statues depict Greek gods like Zeus and Apollo alongside Eastern counterparts like Oromasdes [Oh-roh-MAZ-dees] and Mithras.
Lion and eagle statues flank each row, symbolizing royal authority and divine guardianship. Finally, there is a statue of the king himself.
On the western terrace, a lion statue is set amidst a celestial arrangement, representing Jupiter, Mercury, and Mars. It's believed to depict the sky on July 7th, 62 BC, potentially marking the sanctuary's construction date.
The site has been said to have been the space for ceremonies linked to the astronomical and religious nature of the statues.
What meaning is to be conveyed by such astronomical structures in a tomb intended to be the place of worship of a king?
Antiochus had a strong interest in astronomy, particularly of an esoteric nature. This interest led him to initiate a reform of the calendar system. He aligned the Commagene year, which was based on the movements of the sun and the moon, to the Stars of Sirius and Orion, known to be the basis of the Egyptian calendar.
Before the king departed this world, he instructed his people to carry out celebrations and festivities every year after his death. Priests assigned by the king made offerings and sacrifices to honor him.
However, this place fell into oblivion as the centuries passed. It was not until 1883 that German archaeologists rediscovered it for the modern world.
In the twentieth century, subsequent excavations were carried out, but the tomb of the king has never been found. Nevertheless, this mountaintop site is still believed to be the place of his burial.
The sanctuary, now a UNESCO World Heritage site, continues to lure the curious and the scholarly, its stone sentinels silently guarding the mysteries of a king's eternal repose...
