Police called previously about this issue at 10:30 PM at night but RCMP cops are typically 25-30 minutes to even answer the phone and then another 10 minutes taking a report and then another hour or so later they might show up and say 'we found nothing' even when cops have been shown the legal Residential Tenancy Branch (Judge's) documents about STOPPING all such activity on Capreit property and the other previous videos of evidence including exact apartment numbers of Capreit Hoodlums and their parents who permit and encourage such behavior including Capreit tenant Brianna in unit C208, a women who hates all white people with extreme prejudice and violent behavior on police and video record encouraging children to harass and physically beat up white people.
