In 2011, Galati brought a case against the Canadian government to restore the Bank of Canada as a lender to the government.The case was brought on behalf of the Committee on Monetary and Economic Reform.COMER argued that the Bank of Canada is mandated to provide debt-free financing for public projects undertaken by federal, provincial and municipal governments.
COMER's claims were struck five times by the courts. On May 4, 2017 the Supreme Court dismissed COMER'S application for leave to appeal the most recent decision.

Here we have an abundance of videos of Police Officers Killing innocent people's dogs. This Video Recently of The Hawthorne had many people arguing over weather the Officer was justified could they have chosen, pepper spray or tazors or other choices? We all have opinions on individual stories but fail to realize; What we see is a normal occurrence everyday and this is a mere tip of an iceberg that most stories never make it to any media. Many good people have lost their loved ones because of a system that trains fear into our Officers and rarely tries to cooperate in a logical fashion working with Animal Control in many cases should have been a part of procedures and as you will see some animal control still ended in unnecessary deaths because of Police with fear of Dogs. It is Not acceptable to defend every situation with Endangerment to the lives of an Officer when some stories are of small ankle biters many people could kick away or even grab by neck and control, where is your excuses in these stories ahead. My heart bleeds for so many to have to go through something so tragic, so stressful that some Officers think it's a simple and easy replacement. That only shows the lack of emotion, lack of sympathy or empathy, These Officers will go home without any loss of sleep. How sickening and frustrating, are we mere animals?
As you can clearly see, I admitted to consuming Cannabis recently (but not to the Officers) and the Officers did not drag me from the car for Intoxication. They are trained for visual cues for intoxication, so I guess that must mean to them even though I just smoked, I looked NOT intoxicated! Did I look Intoxicated to you?
Officers in Canada have no right to search you, your vehicle or home because they smell Cannabis! If the police had a right to be in your house or vehicle, they would be kicking or forcing, not knocking or asking. Just as you can screen who comes in and out of your house, the same goes for police officers. Citizens are under no obligation to allow police entry into their homes or to freely search your vehicle. Do Not Answer The Door or open your car door, have the Officer leave a business card and call them on the phone or roll the window down an inch to speak and deal with Officers from the vehicle. Do Not Open the Door or window all the way to Police Officers.
Receiving an anonymous tip or hearing a rumor about you is not enough evidence for all those lazy fat ass doughnut munching police to obtain a search warrant for your house or vehicle. Instead of taking the time to do a real investigation to determine if the rumor is fact or fiction, the Lazy good for nothing Officer will perform a "Knock and Talk", also known as a "Tap and Rap", on your front door. With your vehicle they will try and get consent and staying quiet gives them permission for searches so speak up and say allowed,I DO NOT CONSENT TO A SEARCH! These are Magical words and they will not work unless you insight them loudly and proudly.
Be prepared for the police to threaten you with all manner of retaliation including returning with a search warrant. If they had arrived with a warrant, they would have kicked your door instead of knocking at your door so they bully and outright lie you into giving up your rights.
Their intention is to trick you into opening the door of home or vehicle so they can claim an odor of marijuana is coming from inside your house or vehicle. Police will even lie and say they smell marijuana when they do not. Marijuana Smell is Not Enough to Warrant a Police Search and Illegal Search and Seizure, know your rights.

Our family killing the boredom and entertaining ourselves being silly at my friends School being remodeled from a old retired building from Catholic Priest training to a School for Korean Children to connect with the community learning English fluently while existing as a Canadian would, even through the harsh winters of Manitoba in Roblin.
