WEF Official Admits '15-Minute Cities' Will Imprison Humanity in 'Forever Lockdowns'
Which makes a lot of sense if you consider the history of Oxford, England, which is also moving towards complying with the WEF directive and becoming a 15-minute city. So what are the elite really planning when it comes to these new city plans?
A city official in Oxford, England, let the cat out of the bag when he declared that "climate locks" have arrived and are here to stay "whether people like it or not," as Oxford announced that residents must request permission by the government to move to the city.
Oxfordshire residents will now need a special permit to move from one "zone" of the city to another. However, even residents who are granted a permit will be able to travel between zones "for a maximum of 100 days per year".
Oxfordshire County Council yesterday approved plans to lock residents into one of six zones in a bid to 'save the planet' from global warming. The final stage in the "15-minute city" agenda is to install electronic gates on major roads in and out of the city, confining residents to their own neighborhoods.
Under the new system, if residents want to leave their zone they will need permission from the Council, which will decide who is worthy of freedom and who is not. Under the new system, residents will be able to leave their zone for a maximum of 100 days a year, but to gain even this right, each resident will have to register their car details with the Council, which will then will monitor their movements through smart cameras throughout the city.

This article of Michael Palmer, MD and Sucharit Bhakdi, MD, summarizes evidence from experimental studies and from autopsies of patients deceased after vaccination. The collective findings demonstrate that:
1. mRNA vaccines don’t stay at the injection site by instead travel throughout the body and accumulate in various organs,
2. mRNA-based COVID vaccines induce long-lasting expression of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in many organs,
3. vaccine-induced expression of the spike protein induces autoimmune-like inflammation,
4.vaccine-induced inflammation can cause grave organ damage, especially in vessels, sometimes with deadly outcome.
Overall, these vaccines can no longer be considered experimental—the “experiment” has resulted in the disaster that many medical doctors and scientists predicted from the outset .The vaccination must be stopped, and all approvals and authorizations of their use must be revoked.
