The problem with these studies that nobody talks about is this.

Many of the studies you see that proclaim meat is bad, or coconut oil is bad, always fail to show that these same individuals are consuming high amounts of sugar, eating processed foods, and bad oils.

They have extremely unhealthy lifestyles that are killing them, and then the study points to coconut oil as the problem. It’s ridiculous.

Coconut oil has been used by tribes all around the world for thousands of years who do not suffer from disease like the industrial world does.

Coconut oil has many benefits and I have a huge tub in my house at all times. It can handle a higher amount of heat without damaging it. You should not heat your coconut oil beyond 350 degrees.

For frying, use avocado oil as it has a smoke point of 570 degrees Fahrenheit.

In the United States 40% of people have fatty liver and worldwide it’s estimated 20% of people have fatty liver.

Most people who have fatty liver have this main symptom, and that is chronic fatigue.

This symptom is often ignored and covered up with caffeine all while you body further deteriorates.

Cholesterol lowering has largely been a scheme to sell prescriptions. The idea that cholesterol is bad is lunacy.

The idea that you shouldn’t eat healthy butter and coconut oil but should eat margarine and seed oils is also lunacy.

History repeats itself…

Unfortunately very few know history enough to realize that large corporations have brought you many scams in the way of health that have been backed by the government. They continue to even today.

Look at disease statistics and you quickly realize that things have gotten worse, not better.

Interestingly, we don’t use bad / fake fats in my house. When my wife and I estimated our butter usage, it was about 17 pounds per person per year. So we are pretty close to eating the amount they did in the 1900.

In my house we use a lot of coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil as well to fill in for that one pound of butter we are missing to meet our quota. 😂

Here is what you need to know..

Fasting is a good things for you. But too much of it can slow the metabolism. This is why I recommend you practice intermittent fasting for only 5 days of the week and take a break 2 days.

Chronically high cortisol has such a negative impact on your metabolism because of the stress and impact it has on thyroid function.

To reduce stress I recommend doing deep breathing exercises like box breathing. I also like to use meditation and gratitude journaling as a way of stress reduction.

As for under- eating… everyone should figure out their macros and calorie intake needed to have a ballpark figure as to what is required by their bodies. This way you are eating exactly what you need. Not too much, not too little.

The details matter…

Unfortunately breakfast foods are awful. They tend to be bagels, toast, cereals, or even muffins in America.

If you skip breakfast then you may find yourself drinking a coffee with cream and sugar, which is just as bad. This is Because you didn’t eat protein but broke your fast with sugar, you now remain in a state where your body breaks down muscle for protein. This is referred to as a catabolic state. You simply didn’t feed your body appropriately.

When you eat for the first time of the day you want lots of fats and above 30 grams of protein is ideal.

It’s always about quality..

Whenever I post videos like this the biggest response is that “you can’t eat anything anymore”.

It’s easy to take this stance, feel hopeless, and then act as if nothing can be done.

Or… you can take the route of alway putting effort in to assure you are getting quality food.

Sure it’s harder, but since when has the path of least resistance ever paid off?

My brother is a butcher and he tells me about all the tricks conventional farmers use to make more money. I was aware of the antibiotics, but not the estrogen pills under the skin. That’s just gross.

I always recommend buying from small farmers markets and knowing who raised the animal your consuming and how they raised it.

The key is always checking to make sure the food you’re eating is quality and healthy.
