Flush cutting the end of a triple 2x10 beam with the Skil Saw Super Sawsquatch! This thing is a beast and my favorite dumb thing I've ever bought.

After a long hiatus I'm back to making videos. Here's where I am, a quick tour of my little shop, and a look at what I've been doing.

Here I prep my tabletop for finish by abusing it with a power planer and many hours of sanding before I put on the first of many coats of finish.

This is the assembly of the second tabletop I'd ever made.

I have to admit, this is painful to watch and to upload for others to see. I just started this project with little clue beyond my construction experience, which is really only tangentially related to techniques of quality woodworking. I didn't even know that hardwood dealers were a thing, much less try something maybe a little less ambitious, but here I am and I made it work.

I refinished a table I got off of Craigslist for $5 to practice working with tabletop epoxy.

A few weeks back I made 8 simple stools for my kitchen. Here's how I did it.

I am something of a jack of all trades. I have degrees in Automotive Technology and Industrial Management and make my living as a Facilities Manager, where I've had the opportunity to gain experience in most construction trades.

I'm a constant tinkerer and always have projects going on, ranging from car repair, car and home audio, car modification, home repair, remodel, and I'm currently jumping into woodworking and furniture making. I video and share my projects for anybody who may be interested and might occasionally manage to convey something worth knowing. Thanks for watching!
