The camera was on a spider tri-pod next to the apple tree.

Bees love rotting apples.

All the male Ducks/Drakes see if they want to go in early for the night.

We had to seperate the males and females because the male outnumbered the females.

Temporary setups didn't work so when we gave away the chickens we figured ok their side was setup for chickens maybe it will work for the drakes.

Since this video was taken we gave all the ducks to someone with a pond and a lot of other ducks.

I wouldn't raise a small amount of animals again it is either no animals or a real farm because they have schedules they keep.
That means if you have a few animals you have go out the same as if you had a hundred.

When I tried to sculpt in the Blender program before I had some problems.

It turned out to be using scale before remeshing as you can see in this.

This may help if you have the same problem.

The two Cayuga Drakes and Pekin Female have always stayed around each other so they protect her sometimes when the other drakes try to mate.

My Teespring store is at www.hillbillyowl.com .
I make the designs for Teespring incase someone already knows what to expect from them and just happens to like one of them.

We expanded the duck yard. The original part had bird netting and a fence to keep out most things before night.

We gave up on the bird netting and tried to just use fence so they would have more room.

This is right before they walked through the fence like it wasn't even there and we gave up on that too.

Now we just leave the door open and close them in at night. Someday I hope to teach them to do that and collect eggs too I have my doubts but it would be nice.

I've been putting sand in their yard to help with bumblefoot also water does not mess with it as much.

If ducks struggle to breath and are dirty it may be hay making it hard to breath so they don't clean themselves. I'm hoping more sand less hay helps.

We had to split the ducks because the female ducks have to outnumber the males or the females will die from mating.

This is an example on how fast ducklings turn into ducks.

Most of the ducks are Pekin the two Cayuga grew about the same speed but are smaller.

The ducks don't seem to mind drinking water with another duck in it. They start digging in the mud too.

We had to split the ducks because the female ducks have to outnumber the males or the females will die from mating.

The duck seems to both knock over then sets the camera back up.

The sound is strange so I turned it down.

I am trying Teespring out so I added a small video at the end showing what the samples I had ordered looked like.

In a break from winter weather the ducks take a bath in the pools.

The ground is nothing but rock in places so we put the hay like that to build up the ground over time.
It is a mess after a mix of winter and ducks.

This is after I recorded them underwater in the other video.

After I recorded them underwater in the other video they are cleaning themselves.

The ducks are dipping their heads in the water. #shorts

The ducks are dipping their heads in the water till eventually one just jumps in and kicks the camera.

The Sound gets strange at 1:40 I would just turn it down after it.

I tried recording the ducks from underwater again.

This one the Cayuga dips it's head in.

Things finally thaw some and the chickens and ducks don't seem to mind it.

This is right after the ground finally stopped being a block of ice so yeah it is a mess for now.

I did not hang around for long the rooster is waiting to start a fight but the hen is in the way.

The ducks finally started to play in the hay I gave them.

It takes a while to upload these videos plus the power was out so this is a bit later than the other one from the same day.

Forgot the ducks do nothing but fight and mate when first let out in the morning.

I gave the ducks some hay in the calf pen thinking they would dive into the hay but they wanted to do other stuff first.

It has been real cold out so I wasn't making these videos but it seems like it may be warmer for a bit.

They accidently went in early but they figured it out.

It is a bit of a mess because of the cold freezing everything and the feathers. The one with blue is why we moved the chickens to keep them from pecking it again.

I made the Wagon in Krita and added a little animation with Spriter pro.
I added the wagon wheels from an older video that should still be up. Yes I know they are egg shaped that is why I made the wagon ride bumpy.
Spriter is not the best for all animations but it can make side view things like wheels super easy.
Since you are only changing the rotation you can make 5 or 50 Frames from the same work with Spriter for whatever fps you are going for.

I'm not a professional artist these videos are me drawing things I need to work on to learn how everything works.
The video will be of an early draft so the drawings will be simple.
I try to style the items in a way that I could animate them for 2D video games if I wanted to.

I'm trying TeeSpring out for now as a merch store.
I figure I'll need to draw stuff better to make it worth buying even for people that don't watch my videos.

I tried to draw the candle just starting to melt since a fully melted one would take more time and skill.
Seemed like I could do that better learning in stages like this from full candle to almost melted away too.

I looked this up online and it seems it is what they do to keep other ducks away from their drake/male duck.

That is from a minute of research online so I could be wrong but she did stop next to a male.

The Duck is alright but they have not done this since they were ducklings with little wings so I'm thinking the winter feathers made it happen.

I recorded the ducks for a bit I didn't notice anything wrong till the end when I saw this duck.

I have never had to flip a duck before so I turned the camera off when it came to that.

The Pekin ducks winter feather seem to be yellowish and a bit fluffy.

I'm not sure if the Cayuga ducks have theirs yet.

I helped that duck that was on it's back and kicking in the air behind the turtle pool.

I found it after most of the videos I made today it seems to be alright.

I guess I'll be checking for that now on.
