You'll need :
2 salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon smoked paprika or more, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tomatoes, chopped
6 oz fresh spinach
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup (60ml) vegetable or chicken stock (or dry white wine)
