Pain is an indication that something is wrong.
Usually where the injury is is not where the pain originated, which is why basic maintenance on our body is nessecary.

Deadlift tips for Youth Athletes (& Adults)
Parents you need to be careful with 'weight room' workouts for your young athletes, it usually is not a certififed strength coach. There is a difference between a professional who works with athletes and on themselves, vs. a personal trainer, a teacher who lifts, a sport coach, etc..... Every athlete is different.

If they are squatting or deadlift or lifting heavy you have to makje sure they are doing it correctly. It may injure them as a teen, or later in life when they are 40-60.

Jet Lagged Mice 🐁 🐭 , Circadian Rhythm & Vitamin D Levels

2017 Study using mice changed their circadian rhythm around by 1 hour using light. The suprachiasmatic nucleus changed---forever.
The most important thing for a human's health is seeing the sunrise. And preferably grounded.
Sunrise is most important, followed by UVA, then sunset are the 3 most important sunlight frequencies.
If you have low vitamin D, you need to build your solar callus with those frequencies just mentioned and as well later evening sun before sunset.

This podcast is an interview from the Chris Williamson of the Modern Wisdom Podcast. In it he interviews Paul Hutchinson about the making of the film Sound Of Freedom and the evilness that is child sex trafficking. Originally I was going to wait to see the movie until it came to places like Amazon or Netflix but I saw someone post that those platforms were not going to be showing the movie...which is a big problem. I did see the film and it is powerful. But very heavy. I broke down two times in it. There is nothing overally graphic in it but the subject matter is all you need.

Keep the lights off in the morning.

Blue light before the sunrise or after it sets is killer to our health and circadian rhythm, especially if we don't get any sun during the day (which should not be happening---any day of the year.)

Blue light is everywhere.

ANd it is just like smoking or vegan diets-- you can do it for decades but the health fades and fades year after year.

Turning on the light switch at night or before sunrises is destroying your hormones; cortisol and melatonin in particular but they all play together.

Chocolate Paleo Waffles- Waffles will never be the same again!
And remember this is a seasonal recipe. Never would I eat honey or maple syrup in the dead of winter.

Ingredients for the waffles:
-3-4 tbsp cocoa powder
-2-3 eggs
- 1-1.5 cup combo flour (walnut and coconut )
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 oz honey
- Salt, cinnamon, all spice
-2 oz coconut milk
-2- oz coconut oil

Ingredients Sauce:
-I no longer do the cream cheese
-2 oz natty peanut butter
-2-3 oz coconut milk or cream (Canned)
- 1 oz honey & maple syrup
- I now add 1 90-100% chocolate Lyndt Square
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
