Hacker Group ‘Killnet’ has reportedly taken Lithuania’s energy ministry website offline, after previously threatening to attack “more than 500” local companies, unless Vilnius lifts its economic blockade of the Russian exclave city of Kaliningrad.
Earlier the group claimed it had managed to isolate some 70% of Lithuania’s online infrastructure.
Reuters reported Wednesday that trade through Lithuania to Kaliningrad from Russia could return to normal in a matter of days after EU compromises.
A win for Killnet?
