have a nice day

Hi, I've been using midjourney but the images need editing so I edited them with Krita. Hope you enjoy

hope you enjoy

Midjourney creates art from the text that you write. Then I edited the face using GFPgan and then used the graphics program Krita to edit further. Hope you enjoy

Midjourney is an ai text to art generator. But the output can look a bit strange so I have edited it with Krita to try to make it better. Krita has a recording function so I have recorded my editing.

painting style

still learning, used the mirror tool to get symmetry

me recording a timelapse while using krita, hoping to improve

learning how to use krita. opensource drawing program. thanks for the suggestion.

I traced an image using a vector layer and the Bezier curve tool. while in the vector layer you can select and fill the bezier curves that are a closed circuit. Then I converted a copy of the vector layer to a paint layer and basically coloured it in adding shading etc. This is the way that I have found to overcome the problems I have with getting proportions right.

Krita opensource software. learning to use it

still learning. having trouble with proportions

Thankyou Jeremy Blake for the song Let's go home.

Hi a recording of me learning to do digital art.
Thankyou Jeremy Blake for the song Heaven and hell

Thank you to Silent Partner band for their song Chances

part way through a oil portrait painting. Still having problems getting proportions. Also the cameras battery doesn't last long so I didn't get any of the painting of the face. hopefully I will catch the painting of the other figure in the next video.

Thankyou to Unicorn Heads for the music Bright Eyed Blues

What I have learnt from my experience:
I had a lot of problems with perspective and so I took a photo of my painting
and used krita. I took my photo and I added a layer and drew an outline of the eyes, nose and mouth. Then I imported the photo of the painting and adjusted the size to match the photo. then I hid the photo layer and moved the outline layer above the painting layer and I could see where I got the proportions wrong. I will do this from the start in future to help me get the proportions right to save time.

My battery from my camera ran out and didn't get all of the painting that I did. There's not a lot I can do about that. But I think I should place the camera to the left so my hand doesn't obscure what I am doing so much.

I think I should get some cloth gloves, because oil paint is messy and gets on everything. I washed the brushes with dishwashing detergent and this worked well.

I need a lot more practice, but I am relatively happy with the start I have made. I will do another painting next week.

I am immature. I found this funny.

Are you the bear who caught the fish in one go or the guy wondering what just happened.

found this clip I took of Portland Andy a while ago. Made me laugh.
