Every notice that Bill Gates gets really excited and does what is referred to as a "Duping Delight" Smile whenever talking about Terrorism, Pandemics, or any Mass Depopulation event? He just can't contain his joy at the prospect.
This smile is something often seen in psychopaths when they believe they've fooled someone. It's typically involuntary and displays a sense of joy when they are manipulating someone and/or getting away with something, and usually shown during an inappropriate moment... like talking about many people dying.
