INGREDIENTS :
4 chicken breasts ( thick chunks )
1 medium red bell pepper ( chunks )
1 medium green bell pepper ( chunks )
1 medium chopped onion
2 chopped green chillies
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons ground cumin
10 grams coriander leaves
200 ml water
INSTRUCTIONS :
.in a frying pan / wok on medium heat add 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
.once heated add 4 chicken breasts ( thick chunks )
.add 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt & mix together, cook for 10 minutes
.remove chicken and set aside
.in same pan / wok on medium heat add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
.once heated add 1 medium chopped onion, 1 medium red bell pepper ( chunks )
.add 1 medium green bell pepper ( chunks ), cook for 4 minutes
.add 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 2 teaspoons coriander powder
.add 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, cook for 2 minutes
.add chicken, 2 chopped green chillies, 2 tablespoons tomato puree
.add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 50 ml water
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
.add 10 grams coriander leaves & mix well
.add 150 ml water and mix well
.cover with lid and cook on simmer for 8 to 10 minutes
.garnish with coriander leaves & nigella seeds
