In My Opinion, this is 100% accurate and totally on point with the decline of humanity over the past 40+ years, that only the few care to see, let alone acknowledge... I am sure a minority can relate to these words, and have experienced very similar experiences during their working life.... but perhaps most of them are not even aware of this platform, or no longer interested in world events anymore and have allowed themselves to succumb to the 'worldwide brainwashing' in order to just 'get along' without a single care for the consequences. That inbuilt 'moral compass' that the few 'successful' and 'ambitious' once possessed, and which WAS actively a driving factor when 'Customer Service REALLY DID MATTER, is unfortunately no longer 'socially acceptable', nor encouraged by corporations, and is actively DISCOURAGED in Every Sense.... Self-Employment in your own 'small-cog' has been the only way to survive for most of us, but now, they are even curtailing that as an option going forward, and soon, even that 'escape', will be a 'Virtual IMPOSSIBILITY [NO PUN INTENDED]. The future is VERY BLEAK and it is the people [MINIONS] who ultimately have ensured this, by 'going along to get along', and with as little productivity as possible, demanding rock bottom prices, and being happy to receive POOR GOODS & SERVICES that they cannot be bothered to even complain about - Too busy with their 'Bread & Circus' lifestyle to even see what is happening to their 'environment' before their BLINDED Eyes !
