On Tap this week we have James Richard. He was born and raised in South Louisiana. Moved to Kansas 9 years ago and got stuck with the nickname Dickie because no one could pronounce his last name correctly and since he is from Southern Louisiana it started going around that he was actually Bobby Boucher's (the waterboy AdamSandler's character) son, so they were already calling him Dick, which turned into little Dickie Boucher.He started learning how to BBQ about a year and a half ago due to a lack of ingredients/food he was use to growing up with.

At the Rail we have Eric from Eric’s BBQ and More. He has been creating content on YouTube for a couple of years, he specializes in modifying inexpensive offset smokers to cook like high dollar smokers. His passion is applying his design background to solving problems, and fix stuff! He combines his passion for cooking with his love of family and friends spending quality time at the lake, work hard play hard is his mantra.
