Happy Monday guys. Today we're bringing you 2 very quick recipes to sweeten your week :D (budget croque monsieur and fried bread with egg and sugar).

Ingredients:

For Croque Monsieur
Sliced Ham (any type, I used turkey)
1 sliced bread
1 pack toast cheese
Butter

Fried Bread With Egg and Sugar
2 eggs
1 sliced bread
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt & Pepper
Oil (I use sunflower or rapeseed)
