Marie Duplessis (* 15. Januar 1824 in Nonant-le-Pin, Département Orne; † 3. Februar 1847 in Paris; eigentlich Alphonsine Plessis[1]) war eine französische Kurtisane. Sie war das historische Vorbild für Alexandre Dumas' Roman- und Bühnengestalt Marguerite Gautier („Die Kameliendame“) und Giuseppe Verdis Violetta Valery (Oper „La traviata“).
