I did not have that good of a night of sleep, and I simply was not feeling all that strong, or energetic today. However, that is not going to stop me from GRINDIN,' and reaching my goals! So I took a shot of honey, blasted some old-school Suicide Silence, and KILLED IT. The unracking was a little off, but I managed to recover quickly, and not let it impact the set too much. My hard cap/high-end goal for today was five reps; which I managed to do with maybe still another rep in the tank. My best rep count with non paused reps with 60 Kgs is 7, so this is not far off, at all! And those were PREGNANT, deliberate pauses I did. PLUS, given the fact that on top of that, I was not feeling the best today, is VERY encouraging. One of my mini goals is to be able to hit 60 Kgs for 10 reps on OHP, so it looks like it is getting closer, and closer! 🤟🏻
