CIA Mind Control Program & The Great Reset?

The Black Budget for the United States topped $80 billion in 2018, and without oversight, it’s not hard to imagine that they are lightyears ahead of market-level technology. The most important aspect to this, though, is just what are they working on?

With what we know regarding past experiments and military programs, moral and ethical concerns don’t seem to be high on their list of concerns.

The first part of the video is regarding a clip from a CIA Briefing in 2005, and they are going over a proposal to diminish religious beliefs in humans.

I came across this video the other day, and after researching it, I am a little surprised that I didn’t hear about it earlier. The video is highly disputed, and some believe that Ryan Harper (filmmaker) created the whole conspiracy for a sort of mockumentary that he would later complete researching the topic.

If you look at the “fact checks” from years past…as the years go on, they talk less and less about it being created by Harper and focus their dispute on the individual in the video instead.

So I don’t know…you decide what to think about it.
