What is your point? My point is a lot of people wander around thinking a contract is void if it contains fraud and the mechanism to void the contract works automatically. They believe the mere existence of fraud makes the contract void. The reality is they must first identify the fraud and then take action to have the contract voided. If government is aware of fraud in the Pfizer contract and choose not to pursue it then no one is going to find a remedy there. You do not have a contract with Pfizer. You have a contract with government.
