Joining Private groups - Play with Friends // Elite Dangerous

Elite Dangerous and Elite Dangerous Odyssey are more fun with friends or a group. SImple. That's my opinion anyway but how do you create a Private group and add people to it, then how do you add people in-game. It is a lot safer than playing in open - especially when you have a cargo hold full of void opals
