I get asked a lot “if you could do it all over again, what would you do differently?” And my answer always remains the same: nothing. Every single set back, failure, and mistake I have ever made has gotten me to where I am now. I think lots of folks out there are afraid of failing, and it’s holding them back in so many ways.

Failing is ALWAYS a learning opportunity. Failing, in my world, is always a win. It’s an opportunity to both learn and grow. My biggest failures have been some of my most important life lessons.

For anyone out there who is afraid of taking a risk, or doing something they’ve never tried, or is just afraid of putting themselves out there because they might fail—please. Just go for it. The fear of failure will always be greater than the risk itself. Every successful person has failed time and time again. It’s how you handle it and grow from it that determines your success.
