Admit tilt-ROTORS are FAILURES; Replace with safe & sound tilt-WINGS

Develop a TILT-WING with contra-rotating props that can be retrofitted to existing V-22s or better yet a wider CH-53K-like fuselage that can carry a M113 Gavin light tank. VTOL V-22s that can't deliver light tanks deliver no more combat power than WW2 DC-3/C-47s can by paradrop (VADL) or STOL. The U.S. ARMY Airborne in 1942 did a long-range COMBAT paradrop from the U.K. to North Africa that today's V-22s would be hard-pressed to do with their high drag rotors. Contraprops might be able to provide enough 1-engine out stability without cross-shafting which has failed regardless resulting in flip-over crash deaths. Contact the U.K. Rolls Royce to do the MAMBA format so 4x engine power is independent and can keep the SMALLER TILT-WING PROPS spinning in event of 1x engine out without cross shafting.

It's ironic that the last crash in this video was with a SOUND paradrop or STOL (UV-18) Twin Otter with a legendary record of combat success since it shows how 2x turbine engines turning small props or propfans is safe & sound --yet 2x turbines turning small compared to helicopters, rotors is unsafe madness for VTOL of dubious utility since the downwash can cause power loss within close proximity to the ground or ship deck. The V-22's VTOL is so low I.Q., trash-talking, actual physical coward marines don't have to parachute jump even though its a Congressionally-mandated mission THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION IS SUPPOSED TO DO--not just a small number of exceptions for trash-talking purposes.

Ironically again, even a die-cast toy company--Mattel/Matchbox knows this and offers a TILT-WING Twin Otter to ponder WHAT RIGHT LOOKS LIKE!
