VITAMIN D - cheap and easy to get. *BLACK PEOPLE ESPECIALLY: Due to our darker skin color, we struggle to absorb vitamin D. Also, most blacks are lactose intolerant. It just so happens that milk products are usually fortified with vitamin D. Many people who contract covid are found to be vitamin D deficient. I have been recommending to everyone I know (especially blacks) to increase their daily vitamin D intake to 3000-5000 IU's per day. Disclaimer: Always consult your health and/or nutritional professional prior to making any dietary alterations as I am not a doctor. I am simply sharing what has worked for me and my family.
