The Dark Pictures Anthology Man of Medan - Playthrough Part 1

Man of Medan is a narrative horror game from the creators of Until Dawn. The gameplay mostly consists of making choices and QTEs. I played the game with a friend each making the choices for different characters. There are 2 pairs of siblings - Julia and Conrad and Alex and Brad, plus the boat captain Fliss who is the one leading them to diving spots. They aren't particularly likeable or even interesting. There's also the mysterious Curator, who acts as a guide for your story commenting on the choices you make. During this diving expedition Alex and Julia go into a downed plane and learn about something called the Manchurian Gold. The whole group is then captured by pirates and brought to a mysterious abandoned ship, where it's likely located. You see this ship in the beginning of the game when the crew grew very paranoid and were fighting each other since something supposedly infected them from a mysterious cargo. Eventually the group managed to escape captivity, but are now on this ship filled with corpses. The atmosphere is really well implemented with the dark small corridors, good camera angles and sound design.
