The crap Italian floating CP doesn't LOOK LIKE a warship; unless wanting to use this to be covert, it's a poor choice for an at-sea policeman supposedly to visibly DETER enemy attacks. The crap GRAY paint job doesn't even blend in with the BLUE water--much less have a dazzle camouflage job. Western militaries are non-functional if you see them refusing to camouflage; navies are defacto co-ed "love boats" hooking nihilist-hedonists to party hardy all over the world in foreign ports--their minds and their equipment are not focused on WAR--much less EXCELLENCE.
2x 20mm Oerlikon autocannon beat KE bullet machine guns with explosive shell power but not much in stand-off range. The Sikorsky SeaKing is an excellent AMPHIBIOUS helicopter that can LAND ON THE WATER to dip pinging sonar but depicted poorly in "U.S. Navy SEALs" as pathetic unarmed targets in the story's begginning.

They can/should be armed with small missiles as well as MGs the Italian ones here had--BUT THEY ARE STILL MAINTENANCE, FUEL HUNGRY WEAK MACHINES THAT CAN'T FLY FAR, LONG or OFTEN in the face of adverse weather TBATE. The embarrassing incidents where the U.K. Royal Navy's helos couldn't stop Iranians comes to mind, too.

In contrast, TIN CAN surface ships should have seaplane fighters that are simpler, more fuel efficient that can fly faster, longer and are more combat sturdy:
