Professor Mattias Desmet on the goal of replacing democracy with technocracy

Mattias Desmet, PhD, in Psychology of Totalitarianism describes how elites (WEF, GF, WHO, etc) have the goal of replacing democracy with technocracy, promising an "easier" and "better" life, but the maniacal goal is fatally flawed.
