The ATF is trying to change the rules once again so that it can claim pretty much anyone who sells a gun is now a gun dealer so it can require them all to get an FFL. And if Americans don’t comply with this, the intent is to use it to turn them into criminals in the ATF’s continuing attack on the Second Amendment. How this is being justified is through the idea that if you happen to make a profit, even if it is a penny, you are now a gun dealer even though you aren’t one in any sense of the term.

In this video, we take a look at what is clearly the ATF giving just one more example of many as to why it should be abolished.
