My body just couldn't get with the program, today. I felt pretty good, but my form just felt off. I was trying to use a bit more forward lean, and I was wearing different shorts today than I usually do for squatting, so that could have been at least part of the reason, because I am a supreme autist in that way, in that any tiny little thing can throw me off, hahaha. The fabric in my shorts stretched a bit on that first rep, which you can hear, which threw me off as well, hahaha. Despite all of this, I was determined to hit six reps, which I believe is a rep PR with this weight. Ultimately not super impressive, as I have hit I believe 7 or 8 with 162.5, but a record is a record.
