BAKED CREAMY PASTA
Ingredients: (for 4 people)
*500gr. pasta (maccheroncini, macaroni or any similar)
*500gr. sour cream
*400gr. grated Emmental cheese, Gouda cheese or similar
*150gr. choped bacon
*1tsp oregano
*a pinch of garlic powder
*Milk
*salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 190ºC and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.

PASTA CREMOSA AL HORNO
Ingredientes: (para 4 personas)
500gr. de pasta (puedes usar macarrones o cualquier tipo de pasta corta con hueco)
500gr. de crema ácida
400gr. de queso Emmental (puedes reemplazarlo por Gouda o similares)
150gr. de bacon picado fino
1 cucharita de orégano
Una pizca de ajos en polvo (opcional)
Leche
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Hornea en horno precalentado (sin ventilador) a 190ºC. por aprox. 30 - 35 minutos.
