This can happen to you too! Google labeled by private driveway as a road! Amazon delivery decides to plow my front lawn, hit a classic vehicle and RUN!
Why would Google decide to do this? Its obviously not a road. Why would the Amazon driver spin his wheels and plow through my law, then back up over my flower garden and hit a parked vehicle and just leave?
I have tried calling Amazon, left emails, and they just don’t care, and I can’t afford a lawyer, or the deductible (which I have to pay one for BOTH the lawn damage, and the bus, and have it as a ding on me!)
At time of publishing, there has been no resolution. I will be putting up a sign, but I have been in a lot of pain lately so I am waiting for a day when I can actually move and dig. (I can’t afford to pay somebody to do it right now).
I’m hoping that this doesn’t happen to any of you, because even if not life threatening, it’s still my stuff, that I worked really hard for, and still work hard to maintain. I just feel that these huge corporations are not just above the law, but de-facto make the law, and it’s not right.
