Tearing your vagina during your birth is one of, if not the biggest concern for vaginal delivery. I get it! Here, I'm going to discuss and show you something you can do prior to your labor/birth, that you can control, to help you prepare your perineum/vagina to stretch and hopefully prevent you from tearing altogether, or at least to a lesser degree - Perineal Massage! I recommend massaging your perineum/vagina for 1 month prior to your due date, daily, for 5-10 min. Soften those pelvic floor muscles!
