I found out that growing cantaloupe takes up a lot of room and I had to take out the lentils, wheat, spinach and corn because they all ended up not getting enough nutrients in the raised bed since the soil is not "Back To Eden" ready! If it was then I wouldn't be having all these caterpillar & spider mite problems! Keep this in mind when deciding what to plant in your raised bed. Cantaloupes get very big and grow over everything not to mention CATERPILLARS and SPIDERS attach everywhere…lol
Making a BACK TO EDEN soil method:
Laying down Wood-Chips | my method:
I try to take out all the grass and weeds before laying paper down.
Some people say that you have to add manure or dirt on top of the wood-chips or paper but I only lay down contractor paper first then wet it and then lay the wood chips down. I don’t have chickens or cows so I use what I have.
Everything is growing like crazy just with the method I use.
Everyone has their own way of doing things, this is mine. You don’t have to do it like I do but am just showing you how it can be done.

✔️ 4. I lay down sometimes compost type of soil or you can lay your wood chips right on top of the paper.
