I had a damaged canvas and wanted to show you that you can still save a beautiful piece of art and turn it into something different! I really enjoy making coasters and they are so easy to do. I use an X-acto knife to remove the canvas from the frame. You can save the frame and re-canvas it to use it again. I use a wood base and then trim the canvas down to fit the shape. I use double sided tape to adhere the canvas to the wood and then I'll finish them with resin!

I had a request for a clock and wanted to show how you can use a painting to turn it into a functional piece of artwork! This is a 14 inch wood circle and the size is really nice for this. Since I used gold in the painting I used gold for the numbers and arms of the clock. I used the mechanism itself to place each of the numbers and then used a super glue to glue them down. I finished it with resin and it looks fantastic!

GORGEOUS Mauve and Gold Mixed Media Acrylic Pour Painting

In today's video I am using a gorgeous purple mauve color for a mixed media painting. This is a 24 x 48 inch canvas so quite large, but I wanted to see what I could create. I started with a champagne color spray paint but it coagulated very quickly on the paint and was not moving well like the gold normally does. So I ended up grabbing the gold and removed as much of the champagne as I could. I just have water in the spray bottle to help move the paint. I also used white and beige. Overall this moved a lot while drying but the colors are amazing. I am definitely going to try another on in these colors and see if I can get a better result!

Amazing Split Color Dutch Pour with MORE Color Shift Paints!
In today's video, I am using some gorgeous color shift paints to do a split color Dutch Pour. I have used these paints before, but it has been a while! I used an 8 x 24 inch canvas and decided to do the split right down the middle on the long way. This turned out beautifully and I have some other ideas for these paints. The cells are gorgeous and the blending of the colors is amazing!
