I cannot stress enough to contact Voyager Customer Support if you are still having problems. Steve, the CEO, checks tickets himself on Sundays so keeping their customers happy is definitely a priority for them. Granted it does seem to be limited to email at the moment and it may take a couple days for them to respond. I know it's hard to be patient when your money is tied up somewhere, but sometimes that's the only option. You can open a ticket here
