Hello all,
We attended the 34th annual performance of the Ballintubber Abbey, Co. Mayo, Passion Play on Monday evening.
It was so moving and such an inspiring dramatisation of the Passion of Our Lord.
God bless all involved.
Fiona.

Hello! Thank you for visiting my channel & my kitchen! My name is Fiona and I live in Ireland with my husband and three young children. I LOVE to cook (& eat) good wholesome (and not so wholesome!) food for my family and I would love to help others see how delicious meals can be whipped up in their own kitchens. I would love others to get the same enjoyment and excitement from cooking for themselves or their families as I do. I am not a trained cook. I have taken one set of cooking classes with a lady who trained and taught at Ballymaloe cookery school in Cork ( The home of Darina, Rory & Rachel Allan). She taught the class to be adventurous in the kitchen and to enjoy cooking! I love putting my own twist on the meals I cook and I am delighted to share my meals and my cooking on this channel! God has been so generous with the food he has blessed us with that I try my best not to be wasteful and always to give thanks to him for the meals I serve in my home. God bless this food, God bless you, Fiona.
