Referring to law claims few currently see as valid when already within Roman justice there are prohibitions against bioweapons and where one through recognition get many along is, in a crisis situation such as the current one, counterproductive when the goal is prosperity for all and the reduction of suffering.

The current crimes against the previously sleeping Western populations have been made possible by their previous choice to turn a blind eye to the fact that a large part of the world is living in "Hunger Games" conditions and by the fact that very few have dared to support holding the warmongers accountable for war crimes, war propaganda, etc.. For it is not only the media that have censored, if the people themselves had not censored, the western bubble would not exist and everyone would at least know who the ruling villains were but more likely already had dismantled them before they as now is ongoing are trying to murder as many as possible.

Now that these former willful sleepers have been forced to face the consequences of their self-chosen blindness, it makes more sense for the goal of reducing suffering that they use the tools they understand than to try to impose tools they can't handle.
