The Hubble Telescope has again demonstrated its remarkable capabilities by capturing a stunning image of the Sombrero Galaxy, which resides at a distance of over 28 million light-years from Earth. This galaxy is situated along the southern edge of the Virgo cluster. The Sombrero Galaxy, also known as Messier 104, is characterized by its distinctive appearance, resembling a wide-brimmed hat or sombrero due to its prominent dust lane encircling its bright central bulge. This recent image from Hubble adds to our understanding and appreciation of the mesmerizing beauty and complexity of the universe.

Space in the context of astronomy and physics, refers to the vast expanse that exists beyond Earth's atmosphere. It is the almost empty, three-dimensional expanse in which all celestial objects, including stars, planets, galaxies, and other cosmic entities, exist and move. Space is characterized by a near absence of matter, with extremely low densities of gas and dust particles.
Astronomy is the study of celestial objects and phenomena beyond Earth's atmosphere. Astronomy involves observation and analysis using telescopes and instruments to learn about the properties, movements, and compositions of these objects. Key aspects of astronomy include cosmology, stellar astronomy, planetary science, galactic and extragalactic astronomy, astrobiology, and the investigation of cosmic phenomena.

The Aditya-L1 mission, undertaken by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), has a primary objective centered around observing solar activities and their effects on space weather. To achieve this goal, ISRO strategically positioned the spacecraft at a location known as the Sun-Earth Lagrangian Point 1, or L1. At this unique vantage point, Aditya-L1 enjoys a prime position in space, allowing it to closely monitor the Sun and its dynamic behaviour in real-time.

The recent findings from Chandrayaan-3's rover Pragyan are indeed significant and contribute to our understanding of the lunar surface composition. The confirmation of sulfur, along with the presence of aluminium, calcium, iron, chromium, and titanium, underscores the
diversity of elements present in the lunar South Pole region.

The use of the Alpha Particle X-ray Spectroscope (APXS) on the rover to detect these elements demonstrates the advanced scientific capabilities of the mission. Additionally, the ongoing search for traces of hydrogen is a crucial aspect of lunar exploration, as it can provide insights into the history of lunar water and potentially support future lunar missions.

The Sun is primarily composed of hydrogen and helium, with trace amounts of other elements. About 74% of its mass consists of hydrogen, while helium makes up roughly 24%. These two elements undergo nuclear fusion in the Sun's core, where immense pressure and temperature create the conditions for hydrogen atoms to fuse into helium, releasing vast amounts of energy in the form of light and heat.
