Let's take a look at who is responsible, at least in part, for the banishing of President Trump and many others from the Twitter platform beginning in January 2021.
The name, The Front Porch Media, comes from the idea that, way back before television, people might sit on their front porch and have conversations about current events, politics...anything. The exchange of information and opinions. And everyone had a porch or sitting room. So it was face to face, without technical surveillance and interference. Plus, I live in an old house with a front porch.
THIS IS THE OPPOSITE OF THE "METAVERSE", WHICH IS THE ARTIFICIAL, GODLESS UNIVERSE OF UNIVERSAL CONTROL.
So...today...we can do a modern version of that by having friends (2-5) get together, in person, phones put away somewhere else, and have meaningful discussions. And each "porch" can connect and communicate with other "porches" via technology, and even if opinions greatly differ, civil discourse and exchange of information is possible. It's a skill and situation that is rare as we've become very isolated and separated as a society.
