Maymi on her way to Old San Juan during the Wuhan Chinese Virus Ghost Town Shut Down
2020-Apr-26
She makes a few comments in Spanish, the everything is shut down, the streets are empty.
She passes by a hotel district, you will see the Normandy Hotel. It was abandoned decades ago, then revitalized and abandoned again. It supposed to look like a cruz ship, the grafiti artists came back with a vengeance. She passes by the capital and a few old buildings.

She reaches the old city and drives up to a road the is near the coast, cemetery, El Morro,
As we go on the old road the video shakes more.
Some of the blocks are about 500 years old, others have been laid recently to imitate the old ones, the old ones seem to have a smother more flat surface.
They may be called cobblestone road or Belgian blocks. Cobblestone road is made of irregular shape stone where as the Belgian blocks are uniformed.

--------
There is a gray car in front that seems to be looking for something or some one. They keep stopping, blocking the road instead of having the courtesy to pull over to one side. Typical Puerto Rican, thinks no one else exists but them.

On Calle de la Fortaleza to Avenida de la Constitución
Calle de la Fortaleza has many souvenir shops and restaurants, going in the opposite direction is the Fortaleza, where the ceremonial governor house is.
Where Calle de la Fortaleza end starts Avenida de la Constitución and on the left is Plaza Colón.
This is the busiest tourist area, many people would be here.

There is a gray car that had turned earlier back on the street stopping to buy something at a shop.

They tried to keep the antique look but it has many modern designs and architecture.

Turning from Calle Marina to High Way 1 (Carretera 1, PR 1) Avenida Manuel Fernández Juncos , pass pier 8 (muelle 8), then on to Miramar, Road 26 (PR 26 Expreso Román Baldorioty de Castro).
From Road 1 to 26 is very confusing and normally has lots of traffic, be careful changing lanes, not it comes up on the left, very short distance.
--------
It looks like the yellow jeep caught up to us, they were taking their time blocking the road but now seem to be in a rush.
