That person who smiles so warmly and charmingly grew up in families who do satanic rituals every single full moon. Their parents (or guardian handlers) reward the child for participating in the rituals. They learn to laugh and smile about being in on this grandiose joke against the rest of humanity. To them it is hilarious to be a dominant predatory species with all the wealth, accolades and opportunities. That person you adore is doing heinous vile filthy acts. It begins with them being rewarded for strangling a kitten or a puppy and just escalates to the most unparalleled evil. 100% Fact. They are all over your TV set.
They learn to mimic empathy but they do not actually feel it. Laughter and smiles at the big inside joke on you.
