For non-japan gamers, this is called "Mega Bomberman" and was released for the Sega Genesis. Technically a PSP version (and Wii Virtual Console version) exists but it's not translated. Also for some reason FBNeo stretched the game to widescreen... I don't know why, but it doesn't look terrible so I kept it.
