Scott Ritter: American Diplomacy Doesn't Exist. The Military Leads & The Diplomats Job Is To Sell It

Right now American diplomacy doesn't exist. The military is in the lead, its the diplomats job to sell it. They don't care about solving problems. They are literally trying to bring in solutions connected to power projection.

We need real diplomats. Their job isn't to front for a military solution, their job is to prevent a military solution.
