Trump handed America over to FEMA via past executive orders for emergencies

To be charitable Trump was extremely busy and accomplished much while in office. even under constant assault from the Democrat Left. I cannot fully fault him if he did not know the full historical extent of EOs accumulating under the Federal Emergency umbrella. Furthermore, much advice came from the deep state Democrat bureaucracy.
