Alexander Smirnov was the confidential human source for the FBI who told them about Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky bribing Joe and Hunter Biden with 5 million dollars apiece to get Viktor Shokin fired as the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. He was considered reliable by the FBI as an informant, but all of a sudden David Weiss is charging him with lying to the FBI.
