did he upload a video while on duty, in uniform, wearing a badge driving a patrol car , saying arrests for opening businesses is tyrannical social distancing , & maybe urging police not to enforce stay-at-home orders & before he did the video was he told his right to talk about these issues is ok as long as he did so while not claiming any police affiliation

he is now on paid administrative leave & a donation page raised $263,385 for him, but at least he is not Jordan Peltz.
