If Roe v Wade is overturned by the Supreme Court, which it looks like will very well happen, Biden’s handlers are considering declaring a public-health emergency to try to do an end run around it and the states that decide to limit access to women murdering unborn children in the womb. They actually believe that executive fiat somehow overrules the decisions of the highest court in the United States. Or, at least they believe people are stupid enough to believe it.
