1. As a result of incompetent management, the personnel suffered losses of -200(dead) and 300(injured)-these are code numbers not losses
2. They were thrown to the front line without artillery support and the necessary material support.
3. The commanders did not consider the soldiers as people.
4. The personnel of the unit is demoralized.
5. Some were written off as "missing persons" in order not to pay maintenance.
6. After protests and refusal to take up positions, they were declared deserters.
