SUNDAY BATCH COOKING Mexico edition 🇲🇽

Made some arroz a la mexicana & caldo de res, which is kind of like a bone broth with some added flavor.

We added roasted tomatoes, garlic and onion to the rice. Simple and delish.

For the broth, we added meat and bones from Chihuahua Beef here in Tulum — our FAV place to get high-quality, pastured 🥩

We also added carrots, zucchini, garlic, onions, cilantro, corn (which we forgot) and salt.

Super nourishing 🤤🤤🤤
