AR-MEDCOM 2024 Best Warrior Competition: Day Two

Nine Army Reserve Soldiers representing different units under the Army Reserve Medical Command hierarchy completed the third day of this year's AR-MEDCOM Best Warrior Competition, which began on Apr. 16, 2024 and will conclude on Apr. 21, 2024, in Fort McCoy, Wis. AR-MEDCOM BWC is an annual event that brings together competitors to test them on their physical endurance and mental acuity in a variety of combat-oriented events, factored with high fatigue and stress. During Day Two of AR-MEDCOM BWC 2024, the nine competitors further tested their mettle in day and night land navigation, the water survival event, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) training event and CS Chamber, and the hand grenade qualification course. Winners of both the AR-MEDCOM BWC Best NCO and Best Junior Soldier titles will proceed onto the U.S. Army Reserve Best Squad Competition on a later date this year.
